Part A is to construct separate male and female shower and toilet facilities by remodeling and renovating an existing building, including carpentry, concrete masonry, plumbing (sewer and water), and electrical. Install cable TV and telephone conduits to each of the existing 50 RV sites' utility riser. Install low maintenance landscaping and a supporting irrigation system. Part B is to construct 20 new RV stalls and paved access road, including grading, aggregate base, asphalt concrete, concrete, electrical service, water, sewer and lighting. Including incidental related work. Two option items may be exercised at time of award or within 90 days after award, based on availability of funds. Option 1, construct concrete sidewalks. Option 2, install low maintenance landscape and supporting irrigation system. Contract duration is 120 days. The estimated amount of work is between $250,000 and $500,000. Work will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act labor wages. All responsible sources from both small and large business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered.
