Interior demolition includes portions of concrete floor slabs, plaster walls, chain link walls, concrete walls, doors, mechanical equipment and system, electrical system and lighting, and related associated appurtenances. Exterior work includes repairs to the existing structure, roofing systems, structural repairs to concrete and steel, doors and windows, roll-up doors, gutters and sheet metal, lighting and electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems, painting and finishes and related work. It also includes temporary office facilities. Interior work includes repairs to building and construction of walls, concrete slab repairs, doors, finishes and painting, HVAC, plumbing, lighting and electrical, connections to Government-furnished equipment including water, drain, compressed air, electric power and incidental related work. Improvement work includes an addition to an existing structure. This addition includes structure, concrete masonry walls, steel roof structure, skylights, doors, dust collection system, electrical system, roofing, gutters and related work. It also includes related demolition and mezzanine structure in the existing building and incidental related work. S.I.C. Code is 1541, ''General Contractors- Industrial Buildings and Warehouses.'' Estimated Cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Completion time is 180 calendar days. The bid opening is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Local Time, July 11, 1996 at Building 22101, Officer in Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. All interested sources may submit a bid and it shall be considered. Plans and specifications will be available approximately June 7, 1996 on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
