Roudebush, VA Medical Center, C-Wing dock area, Indianapolis, IN, which shall house new production kitchen equipment to be specified by VA. Work also includes renovating approximately 1,000 GSF of existing space, constructing a new dock area containing three new dock bays, and constructing a 400 GSF building to house hazardous waste storage material. Contractor shall retain an A/E design firm and kitchen consultant to properly design all work in accordance with VA Master Specifications. Work includes all aspects of design, general construction, alterations, mechanical, and electrical work and utility systems. 35%, 70%, and 100%, design review submissions will be required by the VA. SIC Code 8999 applies to this contracting opportunity and the related small business size standard is $17 million. Estimated cost range is between $1 million and $5 million. Completion time for all work, design and construction is 365 calendar days from the NTP.
