Contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, materials, equipment, facilities and transportation necessary for repairs to standing seam roof (approximately 30,000 sf) and side walls to Bldg 78 for the Connecticut Air National Guard. Performance will be 60 days. Estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start date is 15 July 1996. Bid opening will be 28 June 96.
