The U.S. Army requires technical services to support the production of the Cartridge, 25mm Armor Piercing, Fin Stabalized, Discarding Sabot with Tracer (APFSDS-T), M919. The technical services will include engineering, failure analysis, process and product improvement efforts, small-scale manufacture of components and/or M919 cartridges and ballistic tests. The technical services cited above will require a thorough knowledge of all the intricacies of the design, manufacture and function of the current M919. The government intends to award a sole source contract to Olin Corporation, Marion, IL. This award will be a modification to Contract DAAE30-95-C-0070.
