This procurement is for Surface Target Radar Simulator Antenna Positioning System. The antenna system shall radiate pulsed RF energy at X band, and shall provide continuous slew azimuth at speeds of 0 to 60 revolutions per minute at preset rates and at operator-adjustable rates. The antenna system shall have a command mode for remote control, and shall be operated both manually and remotely. Total quantity of Antenna Systems is 20 each with initial order of one (1) First Article Unit and five (5) production units and with additional production units NOT TO EXCEED 14 units, subject to applicable indefinite quantity (IDIQ) clauses. Delivery requirements are First Article Unit due 150 days after contract award; the five production units 2 per month starting 120 days after First Article Approval. The additional 14 units shall be delivered at a rate of 2 per month starting 120 days after issuance of delivery order. Period of performance shall be three years commencing from date of award. Delivery shall be made FOB destination to Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, California 93042.
