This acquisition will beprocessed utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, and it is anticipated that an oral Request forQuotations will be made on or about 30 May 1996. This procurement is sole source to ConcordeBattery Corp., 2009 San Bernardino Rd., West Covina, CA 91790, for the purpose of assessingtheir performance during advance flight tests in the V-22 aircraft, see Note 22.(0136)
