Item four, OL LG-100-75 Grating (10 um blaze, 75 g/mm). Item five, OL LG-120-50 Grating (12 um blaze, 50 g/mm). Item six, OL LG-1001 Tri Grating Mount (without indexer base). Item seven, OL F-200-360 Blocking Filter. Item eight, OL F-360-640 Blocking Filter. Item nine, OL F-640-1100 Blocking Filter. Item ten, OL 750-HSD-380C Pyroelectric (AC) High-Sensitivity Detector Module (calibration: 1 - 30 um). Item eleven, OL 750-610 Detector Support Module Adaptor. Item twelve, OL 750-425 Detector Spectral Response Software. Item thirteen, OL 740-20D/IR IR/Visible Dual Source Attachment. Item fourteen, OL 65A Programmable Current Source. Item fifteen, OL 750-10C Mirror Collimating Optics Module. It is intended to award this contract to Optronic Laboratories, Inc., Orlando, Florida on a sole source basis. Optronic Laboratories, Inc. is the only sole source that can provide an ''off-the-shelf'' calibrated spectral measurement system with the necessary range of wavelength and versitility.
