Contract effort will include but not be limited to analysis of survivability issues of weapons systems reliant on advanced data communications systems for state-of-the-art weapons capabilities. Threats to be considered include nuclear and directed energy weapons (high-powered, laser, etc.). Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of SECRET-(RD and CNWDI). Contemplated period of performance is 5 months with a projected start date of 1 Aug 96. This procurement is a one hundred per cent small business set aside.
