Storey (202) 690-5547 MICROCOMPUTER AND OFFICE AUTOMATION SUPPORT SERVICES (THIS IS THE FOLLOW-ON RFP FOR RFI-03-96-HHS-OS PUBLISHED IN THE CBD NOVEMBER 15, 1995). The proposed contract action is to obtain highly expert technical support services for performing a wide variety of complex tasks that are necessary to provide on-going microcomputer and office automation support services. Support services are required in the following areas of activity: Configuration Management and Management, Hardware/Software Maintenance and Problem Diagnosis, Network and computer System Operations, Managing Computer Assets, Information Dissemination, Documentation and Reports, Special Training, and Maintenance of Spare Parts. The period of performance is for six (6) months with options for three additional years. RFP-25-96-HHS-OS will be issued on or about June 4, 1996.
