Headquarters, United States Marine Corps is working in coordination with the United States Navy Education Service to develop a transcript system which will generate college credit recommendations for Marine Corps and Navy training, standardized testing, and experimental learning. HQMC intends to issue a sole-source contract to the American Council on Education for consulting and oversight services to ensure that the transcript system will meet the accuracy and validity requirements of the academic community.
