Wall (410) 278-0868 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to provide full support and maintenance for the following Bruker Instruments Equipment, Inc. equipment: 1 each, DMX-500 console; 1 each, DMX-300 console; 1 each 500 standard bore magnet; and, 1 each, 300 standard bore magnet. The level of service required for this effort can be described as follows: principal period of maintenance shall be five days a week, 8-hours a day with a four hour response time; maintenance services shall consist of diagnostic and repair services for all software and hardware items that comprise the equipment. This includes but is not limited to the installation of any major software releases, firmware upgrades for any processing and control boards and guaranteed replacement of defective boards using overnight shipment method. The period of performance shall be for one base year and two one-year option periods.
