FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire engineering, analytical, logistics, and technical support services for submarine undersea warfare and electronic systems and equipment on behalf of Fleet Technical Support Center, Atlantic. This proposed procurement is for a base period beginning 1 Oct 96 or date of awards, whichever is later, through 30 September 1997; plus four one-year option periods.
