The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make multiple awards to the responsible offeror for the provisions of the Hospital Services at the Federal Correctional Institution/Federal Prison Camp, Big Spring, Texas. Services to be provided will encompass providing medical care to federal prisoners (inpatient/outpatient, emergency treatment) in hospitals within a 100 mile raduis of the institution. This contract will be a firmed-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract and will include a base period not to exceed twelve (12) months with four (4) one year options for renewal. The estimated quantities for these periods are as follows: Base Year: Intpatient days/Outpatient visits - Guaranteed Minimum 30 and Estimated Maximum 60; Option Year #1: Inpatient days/Outpatients visits - Guaranteed Minimum 30 and Estimated Maximum 60; Option Year #2: Inpatient days/Outpatient visits - Guaranteed Mimimum 30 and Estimated Maximum 60; Option Year #3: Inpatient days/Outpatient visits - Guaranteed Mimimum 30 and Estimated Maximum 60; Option Year #4: Inpatient days/Outpatient visits - Guaranteed Mimimum 30 and Estimated Maximum 60.
