Griffith, (703) 696-3843 ext. 112 The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) requires a contractor to provide lodging, meals and conference room facilities for two sessions of the Mathematics Implementation Workshop to be held during the periods of July 1 through 5 and July 8 through 12, 1996 in the Washington Metropolitan area. The first session will require 75 single occupancy motel/hotel rooms from June 30 (check-in) through July 5, 1996 (6 nights) Fifteen (15) single occupancy rooms are required for July 6. No meal plans will be required for the first session. The second session will require 75 people from July 7 (check-in) through July 12, 1996 (6 nights). The meal plan will be from July 7 dinner meal through July 13 breakfast. Conference room facilities are required for both sessions from 8:00 am through 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. One large conference room that will accommodate 75 participants and their instructors is required. Three break-out rooms to accommodate 25 people are also required. Overhead projectors and screens; videocassette recorders and monitors; and flip charts and/or white boards will be required in all conference facilities.
