The U.S. Customs Service is seeking offers for the lease of approximately 75,000 square feet of aircraft hangar, 30,000 square feet of office and maintenance support space, and parking for approximately 100 vehicles. This facility must be a single hangar, with the office/support space part of/contiguous to the hangar, and located in San Angelo, Texas. Must be located on an airport which includes immediate access to a 7,000 foot long, hard-surfaced, lighted runway with instrument approach, 24 hour emergency fire and crash response, air traffic control for takeoffs and landings, 24 hour security, and with limited public access to the facility and an aircraft ramp area of approximately 87,000 square feet, immediately adjacent to the facility.
