The building is primarily a pre-engineered metal building with masonry walls and an exterior finish of brick and EIFS. HVAC will be required for the entire facility. Electrical work will be extensive to support the simulators. The building also has operable partitions, carpet, cabinets, aluminum casement windows, sprinkler systems, P.A. system, bus ducts, cable trays, wireways, and power conditioners. Site work includes 3,200 SY concrete hardstand, 6000 SY asphalt paving, fencing and utility connections. Estimated value - $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Solicitatin to be issued o/a 21 May 96.
