(b) Relocate the existing beacon located on top of the elevated steel water tank to the newly constructed platform on top of Hangar 175. Complete all work necessary to bring the beacon back into complete and satisfactory working order. (c) Demolish the existing elevated steel water tank, supporting steel structure, foundations, and associated piping and electrical items. Painted steel surfaces, suspected of having lead containing paints and primers, shall be handled in accordance with all applicable regulations. (d) Demolish the boiler room at the base of the elevated steel water tank, including foundations and associated electrical and mechanical components. This structure may contain asbestos and/or lead paint. Handle in accordance with all applicable regulations. The proposed contract listed here is being issued as unrestricted.
