SEARCY (404) 752-4105 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and material and perform all work required to replace existing suspended acoustical tile ceilings. Replace existing fan coil system with new ducted air conditioning system including air handler, power induction terminal units, variable air volume terminal units, hot and chilled piping systems, centrifugal pumps and required electrical systems. Demolish existing partitions and construct new mechanical rooms for air handling units. Install new ceiling batt insulation on the 4th floor. Rewire electrical power poles and suspended ceiling recessed fluorescent lights to provide new branch circuits; include material and labor cost for new wiring, switches and junction boxes only. Removal and re-installation of power poles and lights is related to ceiling removal is therefore part of the maintenance and repair work. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract completion time is 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
