The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price contract, to construct a wood framed addition to the existing Building 488. The work includes excavation, utilities, concrete and masonry foundation, wood framing, siding, interior finishes, doors, windows, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electric and lighting, telephone and incidental related work. The work will also include repairs to the existing building. Performance period is 270 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
