Z -- RELOCATE POWER CONDITIONERS MAURY HALL SOL DMA401-96-B-2626 POC Mr. Daniel Hinchberger, Contract Specialist, (301) 227-5130 Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to construct a room within the sub-basement mechanical room of Maury Hall, a computer production facility, to accommodate relocation of 12 existing United Power rotary power modules (RMP) units from personnel spaces on other floors. The RPM units shall be sent to the manufacturer for reconditioning in phases. Transferal, acceptance of reconditioned units, and phasing coordination shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The project also includes gypsum board over steel stud walls, raised flooring, suspended ceiling, lighting, mechanical piping, air conditioning alterations, paralleling gear for the RPM units, electrical power facilitation, and fire protection alterations.
