The U.S. Army ARDEC intends to enter into a sole-source contract with KDI Preceision Products, Inc., 3975 McMann Road, Cincinnati, OH for the production of the M734A1 Multi-Option fuze. A quantity of 55,062 fuzes are required for the basic contract with options for an additional 50,000 (maximum) for the following fiscal year. KDI has been identified as the Restricted Specified Base for the M734A1 fuze. Funds are not currently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payments for contract purposes may be made.
