Sources sought for FSC 8135, SIN 617-3, wrapping and strapping materials (heat-shrinkable wrap). Commercial items. Federal supply schedule contracts; term: Open Season, date of award thru 02/28/02. Option to extend: Selected contracts awarded, under this solicitation, prior to 01/03/96 will be extended for an additional (5) five year period in accordance with I-FSS-164-D, option to extend the period of thecontract. All resulting contracts will be indefinite delivery indefinite quantity with a $100 guaranteed minimum. Maximum order: All resulting contracts will contain a maximum order (Mo). The Mo is a level that is established to assist customer agencies to determine when the opportunity for obtaining a price decrease has been reached. When an order exceeds this level, It is recommended that the agency seek a price reduction before placing theorder. GSA advantage: All resulting contracts will require contractors to submit electronic contract data in a prescribed format for addition to gsaadvantage, an on-line electronic database. During this open Season, offers that are equal to or lower than the current contract price, received for identical items will be considered. The Government will evaluate all offers and award only one contract for each specific Brand name and part number.
