USDA-Forest Service located at 359 Main Road, Delaware, OH intends to contract out the construction of a ``Headhouse Greenhouse''. The construction is to consist of a 3360 sq. ft. wood frame headhouse with metal siding and 2016 sq. ft. of attached aluminum frame greenhouse with polycarbonate glazing. The headhouse portion will be built on an existing foundation, basement and spancrete floor. A previous headhouse structure was damaged in a fire and demolished. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or about June 17, 1996. If this date changes, sol will be due 30 days from issuance date. Requests must be in writing to the RADNOR address above and to Patricia Pierce's attention and must be accompanied by a non-refundable payment of $30.00 for each solicitation package. Certified check, cashiers check, money order or bank draft payable to USDA Forest Service will be accepted. No request will be honored without payment. A prebid conference shall be scheduled and information will be provided in the sol document. Bonding will be required. Estimated price range is $250,000 - $500,000.
