Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to Upgrade Wilbur Wright Blvd on Selfridge ANG Base Michigan. The work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of approximately 3400LF of asphalt overlaid, concrete paved, four lane roadway and adjacent curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Replace existing underground utility lines, including sanitary and storm sewers, water lines, and drainage inlets. Provide a new sub-base and base structure and install new asphalt pavement complete with curb/gutters and sidewalks. All work to be in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VGLZ962022, Upgrade Wilbur Wright Blvd., Selfridge ANG Base Michigan dated 1 Dec 95. Bid Opening on or about 9 July 1996. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 75 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
