Contractor to remove existing window air conditioning units, gas unit heaters, related gas and vent piping in Warehouse 14 (office bubble) and provide and install new packaged gas/electric rooftop HVAC units, ductwork, economizer controles and related appurtenances. Work will involve the removal of asbestos. Period of Performance is 180 days for Bldg 231 and 120 days for Whse 14. Estimated project size is $100,000 to $250,000. Place of performance is Defense Distribution Region West, Tracy Facility, Tracy, CA. House of work are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
