The work is located at the U.S. Navy Public Works Center, Guam, M.I. The performance period is 550 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $5,000,000.00 and $15,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 24 June 1996. There is a $150.00 non-refundable charge for each bid set. Payment in the form of a certified cashier's check or U.S. money order to the ''Treasurer of the United States'' must accompany each request. Personal checks and cash will not be accepted.
