Command intends to negotiate an option to contract N00019-93-C-0148
with Texas Instruments, Incorporated, (TI), PO Box 405, M/S 3405,
Lewisville, Texas 75067-0405. This option procures WGU-2C/B Guidance
sections, WCU-2/B Control sections, WAU-27/B warheads (live and inert),
YSR-113-TC-1 rocket motors (live and inert), CNU-355/E AUR missile
containers, AGM-88 missile wings and fins, AGM-88B CATMs and DATMs, and
warranties. The basic installation services will include, but are not
limited to, disassembly/reassembly of USN GFE missiles, and
assembly/integration of FMS AUR missiles, testing and containerization
of all missiles. Additional requirements will include spare missile
sections and component hardware; section containers; and technical,
administrative, configuration and logistics support services necessary
to support the manufacture and integration efforts in support of US
Government HARM FMS commitments. TI is the designer, developer, and
sole producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system, and the only known firm
possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to
