Modification to existing contract N00163-95-C-0119 for contractor to provide four store-station capability in its PCU power conversion unit, a component of its stores management unit system, in place of two store-station capability. PCU is in design and development, therefore only the incumbent contractor, Litton Systems Inc. has the required knowledge, expertise, data and experience to successfully specify, design, test and deliver a modified PCU on time.
