The basic system shall include a cleaning module (including automated transport system and heating system), remote controlled module with PLC controller and operator interface, fire detection and suppression system, and FM safety certification. The accessories to the system shall consist of boiling immersion in wash tank, filtered recirculation in rinse tank, portable fill and drain cart, water chiller, exhaust blower, and stainless steel basket. The system shall comply with EPA, OSHA, and other standards as appropriate. The chemical to be used is the volatile Methyl Siloxane (VMS) fluid part number OS-10.
