The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking sources capable of providing a total of ten (10) isolation transformers for power distribution/conditioning for electrical equipment. Of the total ten (10) isolation transformers, six (6) each, rated 37.5 KVA and four (4) each, rated at 45.0 KVA. These units will replace the isolation transformers currently owned by the Government. Both transformers, the 37.5 KVA and the 45.0 KVA will have the following common specifications: (a) Type 1 Enclosure; (b) 50/60 HZ; (c) Type-Dry; (d) 3 Phase Isolation Transformer; (e) 3.5 at 170 degrees C percent impedence; (f) Class 220 Insulation; (g) 150 degrees C (302 degrees F) Degrees F of Rise; (h) Primary Voltage 190 to 600 Delta H1, H2, H3; (i) Secondary Voltage 208 Y/120 X0, X1, X2, X3; (j) Input/Output CamLocks; (k) Square D Molded Case; 600V, 150 AMP on Input, 600V, 125 AMP on Output Circuit Breakers; (l) Primary Voltages 600/594/480/445/420/415/407/400/390/380/370/277/250/240/220/208/ 205/190, as marked. All units will be mounted in a rigid, reinforced case to prevent damage during transportation. The bottom of each protective case will have a built-in dolly with heavy duty caster type wheels. Total weight of each transformer, including case, will not exceed 350 pounds.
