The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Environics, Inc., for a Computerized Multicomponent Gas Mixer. Mixer must be capable of preparing a mixture containing a diluent gas & a minimum of 8 component gases in parts per billion concentration levels with an accuracy of no greater than +/-1.0% variablility.
