Parts of form are used as shipping labels, while remainder is used for filing. Two versions of labels are involved. 3 up-divided horizontally into 2 equal sections, with bottom half divided vertically into 2 sections. The left part is 4 3/8 wide and 5 1/2 high. The right part 4 1/8 wide by 5 1/2 high. 1. Horizontal Division must be perforated so entire sheet can be folded. This perforation is exactly 5.5 inches from either end and must GO across the entire 8 1/2 inch width of thesheet. 2. Bottom half Division must be Die cut so backing does not rip when label is removed. 4 up-divided horizontally and vertically into 4 equalsections. 1. All divisions must be Die cut so backing does not rip when label is removed. Adhesive must be strong enough to adhere to ''warehouse environment'' cardboard boxes without curling up on edges. Adhesive must not be so strong that label cannot be removed from backing after printing. Label must be easily removed from backing without curling on itself.
