Subject to availability of funds, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Indonesia), in cooperation with the Government of Indonesia's Ministries of Agriculture and Industry & Trade, intends to award a non-competitive modification to Contract No. AID-497-0368-C-00-3102-00 with the Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI), of 7250 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 200, Bethesda, MD 20814, to increase the level of effort by 54.4 person-months, revise the scope of work, and realign the budget. Currently the contract with DAI has a completion date of September 30, 1997. DAI and its subcontractors are facilitating the implementation of the Agribusiness Development Project (ADP) by providing technical advisors (long and short-term) to Private Sector Agribusiness Organizations, and the Ministries of Agriculture and Industry & Trade; administering short-term training, workshops/seminars and study tours (in-country, regional, and in the U.S.); and administering policy studies.
