PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes grading, paving, site utilities, landscaping, constructing tactical support van pads, a cryogenics facility, a general storage shed, an electronics/communications maintenance shop, providing factory built hazardous materials storage and waste lockers and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 400 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
