Z -- TASK ORDER CONSTRUCTION (TOC) SOL DAAD05-96-R-0026 DUE 062896 POC Contract Specialist John Robb (410) 278-2371 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground (USAGAPG) has a requirement for an indefinite quantity type contract for a one (1) year base period along with four (4) option years for non-personal, one-time, unscheduled, general construction services in support of the Directorate of Public Works in the Aberdeen and Edgewood ares of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This action is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns only. The Standard Industrial Classification for this action is 1542. All interested 8(a) firms are encouraged to request a copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) as expeditiously as possible since the RFP will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the 8(a) program. The prospective 8(a) contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the task order construction services described in the Description/Specification/Statement of Work, Section C of the RFP. USAGAPG will NOT provide any Government Furnished Property. The government anticipates a multiple award contract to two (2) or more sources as a result of the RFP. However, the government reserves the right to award only one contract. The magnitude of construction is between $1.0M and $5.0M per year for the base and option year periods.
