Work under this contract consists of the replacement and repair of the warehouse's loading dock slabs, truck loading platforms, access ramps, bollards, angle nosing, and loading dock levelers. The vertical faces of the loading dock foundation walls will be reconditioned by repairing cracks and spalls prior to applying a shotcrete coating to the existing surface. All remaining foundation walls will be coated with cementitious waterproof coating. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. Magnitude is estimated between $700,000.00 to $1,900,000.00.
