36 -- PRINTED WIRING BOARD POST ETCH INNERLAYER PUNCH. THIS PUNCH WILL BE USED FOR PWB FABRICATION. SOL N00163-96-R-0284 DUE 062896 POC W. Dale Dewar, Contract Specialist, 317-306-4635. FAX 317-306-3066. It is NAWCADI's intention to issue a solicitation as a small business set-aside for a PWB Post Etch Innerlayer Punch. The following are a few of the requirements for the punch. Shall use a four (4) pin and four (4) slot system to register the PWB image to the innerlayer. Shall maintain a punch position accuracy of +/- .001 inches as a maximum range. Shall maintain a punch position repeatability of .0005 inches as a minimum. The punches in the PEIP shall be pneumatic. Any circuit boards required to operate the punch shall be listed as spare parts and each board shall be quoted as a separate line item. Punch construction shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-1472, Human Engineering Design Criteria for Military Systems; Equipment; and Facilities as applicable. The initial input power will be 120 Volts; 60 Hertz; 3-wire; and 10 amperes maximum per unit. The Navy's Red/Yellow/Green Quality Program will be in effect. Delivery will be FOB Destination.
