A -- CAMPAIGN LEVEL SIMJLATION AND ANALYSIS SUPPORT FOR COMMAND, CONTROL, COMMUNICATION, COMPUTER, INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE AND RECONNAISSANCE (C4ISR) POC Capt Roy Smith, Point of Contact, 617-271-2261; John Pickles, Contracting Officer, 617-271-5483. The USAF Electronic Systems Center's Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (MASC) is surveying the market to compile a potential source list for continuing services to support the design and coding of modifications to the campaign-level model THUNDER and application of this simulation to produce analysis products for acquisition decision making. Estimate duration of the contract to be three (3) years. The MASC requires support with demonstrated, 1) in-depth knowledge of THUNDER algorithms and data structures, 2) knowledge of C4ISR systems and architectures 3) documented history of successful Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance analysis. Interested firms are invited to submit a prospectus to the purchasing office listed above. Responses must be received within 30 days from the date of this publication and should not exceed 10 pages. Responses should reference active pertinent government contracts and related experience in THUNDER modeling in the last two years. Respondents should also submit the resumes of proposed key personnel including their areas and levels of related experience. To be capable of performing, respondents should have experience in Simscript software development and coding. Respondents shall specify whether it is a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, or woman-owned small business and shall specify whether it is a US- or Foreign-owned firm.
