F -- WASTE OIL SERVICE SOL DAKF19-96-B-0027 DUE 073196 POC Contract Specialist ROBERTA GRAVES (913) 239-0462 (Site Code DAKF19) The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to collect and dispose of waste oil as specified. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Respond to perform within the specified response time. Upon arrival at Fort Riley, check in at specified location for tank gauging and meter reading. Collect entire contents of waste oil container as specified, including purge process. Travel to specified location on Fort Riley and drain water from bottom of truck into oil-water separator. After draining off water, return to site and top off tank to specified level. Collect a representative sample of truck tank contents in Government furnished container as specified. Report to specified location with full tank for tank gauging and meter reading. Document ultimate usage/disposal of tank contents. Report and clean up all spills as specified. Report on any deficiencies which are encountered during the normal performance of duties under this contract. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements contract with a base period and three option years. Sealed bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 28 Jun 96 and bid opening on or about 30 Jul 96. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for the acquisition is 5093. The Small Business size standard for this project is 100 employees. The procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. Bidders will be charged $15.00 per solicitation which is NONREFUNDABLE.
