The Navy Public Works Center, Washington has a requirement for HVAC and Boiler Maintenance, Services and Repairs at the Marine Corps Reserve Training Center 4th Combat Engineering Battalion, 7000 Hamlet and Chesley Ave., Baltimore, MD. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to perform all Preventive Maintenance, routine and emergency service calls, and repairs on existing HVAC and Boiler Systems and related equipment. This contract shall be a Combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity contract for one (1) year with four (4) option years. Solicitation must be requested in writing. Telephone request will not be honored. There is no charge for plans and specifications. Only one set per firm.
