The 74th Medical Group at the USAF Medical Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, anticipates solicitation of proposals for complete preventive and remedial maintenance of anesthesia machines: quantity of twelve (12), spectrum model, Narcomed 3. The requirement encompasses all labor, repair parts, maintenance supplies, tools, test equipment and equipment/repair documentation necessary to repair and maintain equipment in operational condition. Interested parties should submit capabilities packages in response to this notice, addressing the following critical aspects of the requirement: A. Authorized service personnel: technicians shall be technically qualified and factory trained to perform maintenance on the identified equipment. Certification of factory training and applicable technical experience will be required. B. Replacement parts: acquisition of new standard parts (or parts equal in performance), as well as equipment documentation, from the original equipment manufacturer or authorized supplier will be required. C. Service time: maintenance services shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Service technician on-site response time shall not exceed 24 clock hours. In addition to the above information, interested parties must also indicate in their response to this notice their business size status relative to the Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code 7699. Entities whose average gross annual receipts over the previous three years (including those of their affiliates) do not exceed $5M are considered small business.
