Each bulletin is a perfect bound document of up to 250 pages. 3,600 to 5,200 copies of each Bulletin are printed in up to 4 colors or with reverse color procedures. The Contractor shall receive camera ready copies, and shall manage and coordinate all aspects of the production and distribution of the publications, including managing subscription lists. RFP #NIMH-95-CR-0003 is scheduled for issuance on or about 15 days after publication of this notice and will close approximately 40 calendar days thereafter.
