Contractor must be familiar with this type of work. The contractor will sort and identify seagrass benthic fish and invertebrate samples collected in Florida Bay South Florida. Services include (1) sorting benthic marine samples of seagrass associated fish and invertebrate fauna, and (2) identification to species of fish, penaeid and caridean shrimps found in these samples. Thirty-six samples are included in each collection. Samples have been collected from October 1994 on a six-week interval and sampling will continue through April 1997. One contract will be awarded with an option. Interested persons must identify their interest and capability in order to perform this type of work. Respond to these requirements in writing within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. This request is not a request for competitive proposals. (0141)
