Custodial Services applies to all designated spaces including but not limited to halls, restrooms, lobbies, storage areas, office spaces, work areas, classrooms, entranceways, elevators and stairways. This is a Firm FixedPrice, Lump Sum Type procurement for a base period of up to 12 months with options to extend the services up to an additional 4 years.
