Work includes demolition of exterior insulation and finish system on five (5) buildings; installation of furring, rigid insulation board, plywood sheathing, and solid vinyl siding; and incidental related work. Additive bid items (based on funds available): Renovate up to seven (7) additional buildings. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation packages to be available in June 1996.
