Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted in writing, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requester. Additionally, requesters should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier. Telephone and telefax requests for copies of the solicitation or bidders' lists will not be accepted.
