It is the Government intent to procure the development, design, and production of Computer Based Training (CBT) packages from the Prime Contractor, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems (MDHS), 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, Arizona 85215-9797. MDHS is the only responsible source capable of providing the supplies or services necessary to provide AH-64A Apache Attack Unit Level Training Systems.
