The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, Ball Corp, one (1) 32-port switching network for a 32 element conformal array antenna for a seven (7) inch missile. Integrated switch network to perform the commutated switching function. Thirty-two independent antenna ports are routed to the equivalent of four single pole eight throw switches. This yields four independent outputs for processing. The deliverable switch network will consist of a functioning switching network with a corresponding DC calibration table. The hardware will be comprised of flexible coaxial cable to perform the routing function. Specification will be included in Request for Quotations (RFQ). Due to the proprietary nature of the product, this requirement is sole sourced to Ball Corp, Bloomfield, CO. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
