Cable shall be furnished in standard lenghts of 1,000 feet on non-returnable steel export reels, wire size--awg insulated 4/0, wire size--neutral--2/0. Bidders shall also submit descriptive literature that establishes exactly the proposed item. Failure to submit descriptive literature shall render your bid nonresponsive.
